Please download attached "ServiceDesk_ToDelete.config" and put it "C:\Program Files\Altiris\ServiceDesk\Config\"
Now open Symantec Installation Manager -> Repair installed products -> choose to "Reconfigure installed products" -> select service desk product

I am trying to install Symantec ServiceDesk Solution 8.1 on a Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard server with an off-box SQL Server 2012 database but it shows me an error that does not find the file "ServiceDesk_ToDelete.config", it is worth mentioning that the entire list of prerequisites it is fulfilled without problem, validate the path C: \ Program Files \ Altiris \ ServiceDesk \ Config and the file "ServiceDesk_ToDelete.config" does not appear.
