Add additional subscription from a different Site ID

Hello guys!

We have a client who has a SES tenant in Mexico, a branch of this company in Colombia needs to buy an additional subscription but the client wants to manage everything from their tenant. If this new subscription has a different Site ID than the original tenant, is it possible to add that new subscription to the client's SES console in Mexico?

Hi there,

Assuming there are separate Domains setup (1 for Mexico and 1 for Columbia) on the same Tenant, you will be able to purchase a new SES licence and add this to the main tenant.  The tenant admin will be able to view where the licences are used across the Domains.

It is possible to get new SiteIDs added to your Broadcom account and these licences can be used in conjunction with other licences in the Subscriptions panel.
