ProxySG-VA | IWA Direct health check failed after upgrade firmware the vmware

    Hi all,
             We have a question about issue realm IWA direct check failed. In scenario our customer has task upgrade firmware on the vmware for hardening.  After they completed the task, then they power on the proxysg-va. On health check of realm iwa direct shows status check failed but realm iwa bcaaa is OK.  Both realm used the same windows active directory server.
             In configure windows domain on the proxysg, show state joined.  After that they tried  re-join domain, on health check come back to state OK. what's the cause of this issue?

    hard to tell from your description, but it seems to be only affecting the auth realm, so check that the time is the same on the vm as in AD

    Hi Paul,
             The ProxySG and AD synchronize the same ntp server. The domain user account for use join domain must have the privilege to create and modify account right ?
    We will check with customer about privilege the domain user account to use join domain again.
