  • 1.  SES client cannot register to cloud

    Hello,

    New SES 14.3 RU3 client cannot register/enroll to cloud (application error : 14):



    CleanWipe and reinstall did not help. Any ideas?

    I would run through these tests to see if something in the environment is blocking access to our URLs

    There are over 100 other laptops and desktops in the same environment working ok with new version of agent. This started with two new clients, from yesterday.

    We managed to pinpoint the issue, it is CA root certificate (from local, country, CA). When this CA root certificate is added to PC it can not communicate to ICDm, after removal of certificate SES can communicate with ICDm (cloud)? 

    How strange is this?

    Problem is, customer needs this certificate installed - any ideas what to do?
