    AROUND 3 AM CST LAST NIGHT PCS WENT INTO  "NOT COMPUTED" STATUS WITH OF REASON OF "NO ERRORS".  ANYONE AWARE OF BACK END PROBLEMS AGAIN WITH SYMANTEC?

    FROM THE PC WE CAN RUN  LIVE UPDATE AND THE PC SHOWS ALL GREEN LOCALLY ON THE PC.

    BTW - Support has no idea they are poiting back to us. 
     But this is happening to PCS in different cities, with different firewalls and ISP providers, etc.  Nothing changed in our environment.  It is odd that at 3:01 am cst I see my playbooks other modification in my policies at that time.  My IT staff do not work overnight.  It is something with Broadcom not on the customer end.

    Us too. About 75% of ours say "Not Computed." I can't confirm or deny the timing you noticed of when this started.
    Maybe the OS is preventing the communication?

    Our "Not Computed" percentage is up 83% of the installed PCs.

    We are also seeing this same issue 75% of our devices are shown as Not Computed No errors!

    FYI - I know you said it would take a awhile for the fix to propagate as of 8:34 cst we are at 262 up from 261 as not computed.

     

    What would be the expected timeframe to see the counts start to drop?

    FYI

    Broadcom stated the fix went into production yesterday and for me to monitor

    As of 11 am cst no change in the not computed status still at 261 PCs.
