Hi all,
I have some files excel infected X97M.Laroux.gen but Symantec cannot cleaned. Symantec has quarantined it. Can someone give me an advice to clean these files?

Generally, this means our engine could not clean the files and quarantined them instead. Not much you can do at that point.

Hi,
when i use Sophos to scan then these files cleaned. Then i use symantec to rescan is no detect virus and files can open.
