"Option to clone a job without cloning the items included in the job".

This is AWESOME!  having used old deployment solution and SCCM this one was a pain to deal with.

yeah but does it address the multitude of issues that 8.5 and 8.6 created?

loss of ability for NS to verify licensing, resulting in having to "repair" the installation,  I've had this issue a dozen times and it seems the only fix is to remove the licensing, run a repair, then reinstall the licensing.   otherwise all the clients lose connection to the NS because they can't verify the licensing.   ongoing issue since the beginning of 8.5.

If it was one system it might be the system, but I manage several ITMS deployments for several companies and all have the same issue.

or how about the inability to run a repair after being forced to update SIM?  if you don't update SIM when it presents the update you cannot run a repair, if you do update SIM the repair fails with error 1603.   again same issue on multiple systems.

Or how about the continued issue with 8.5 and 8.6 dropping the Persistent connection to both the NS and Task server for no reason, or the 403 errors after deploying an image, require the complete removal of the client and reinstallation of the client?

Enhancements are great, but why doesn't your development team fix these ongoing issues that have been a plague for over 2 years.   Basically since Broadcom took over and screwed ITMS up.

I have a client running 8.1 since 2017, they refuse to upgrade,  because it is solid and it works,  it doesn't break every time Broadcom decided to roll out an update.

Marc, is it possible to get some agent side logs from a machine that experience persistent connection drops? Preferably with DEBUG level enabled?

    thanks!
