    Hello,

    FYI I am posting in "The Water Cooler" because my messages to "CA Service Management" were not appearing (advised to try this by Broadcom Support).

    Since 28 September 2020, I've noticed that the first external Service Desk Manager 12.9 link opens in PDA interface mode. I'm wondering if any other SDM 12.X users have experienced this recently or know how to disable the PDA interface.

    I've seen this idea > https://community.broadcom.com/participate/ideation-home/viewidea?IdeationKey=297270a3-2550-4369-b8f9-8794c019f7b1 but the comment advising how to disable the PDA interface doesn't reference the forms to change.

    STEPS TO RECREATE ISSUE

    1. Make Internet Explorer 11 your default browser.
    2. Ensure you don't have any IE 11 windows open.
    3. Paste a SDM 12.9 link in a Microsoft Word document such as:

    http://server/CAisd/pdmweb.exe?OP=SEARCH+FACTORY=cr+SKIPLIST=1+QBE.EQ.ref_num=459915

    4. Click this URL via Microsoft Word, and SDM 12.9 PDA mode appears.
