Does anyone know how to create your own Workflow Designer Plugins?  I'm refering to the Plug-in menu options, not Process Manager Plugins.

I'd like to be able to run a script (powershell) from within Designer.  Ideally it would run with the working folder as the project location.

Thanks Alex but I think that documentation covers Process Manager plugins?  I'm trying to make a plugin for Workflow Designer.

    I've added a Guide too:

Would you want to pick a Powershell file from a list, using the Open File Dialog?

What user context would it need to run as?

Alex those articles look great thanks.  My ideas were a little umm 'embryonic' but I had thoughts around replacing Workflow Designers source control capabilities.  I don't always use the SMP and I'd thought of using something a little more modern like Git which we use for other source code.

Given the non-text nature of many of a Workflow project's files I know its not a perfect match but it would still have some advantages.  I was thinking I could clone, push, branch, sync etc from within the Designer (where it made sense).

The powershell idea was to help with CICD and functional testing - moving sets of workflow code through a Dev, Test, Prod pipeline. Again this as just an idea but something that might help improve the quality and speed of our development process.
