There is a slightly complicated answer to this. As far as the Broadcom Finance system is concerned, you can't renew a subscription that has lapsed. However, when your order is placed it should be possible to specify that you have an existing Email service account and want the order to be processed against that. If that doesn't work and you end up with a new welcome email and account being created then you can ask support to arrange for your accounts to be merged. Note that your old account will continue to work during this period and there will be no need to transfer any of your existing configuration.
We are hoping to introduce a way for customers to merge accounts themselves but for now that can only be done by raising a support ticket.
