    Hi,

Thank you for posting your query on Symantec community.

You can use Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to install Symantec client software. We assume that system administrators who use SCCM have previously installed software with SCCM. As a result, we assume that you do not need detailed information about installing Symantec client software with SCCM

Refer this latest guide: Installing Windows clients with Microsoft SCCM/SMS

    http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO81176

Note: You can install the client by using a variety of third-party products. These products include Microsoft Active Directory, Tivoli, Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS), and Novell ZENworks. Symantec Endpoint Protection supports Novell ZENworks, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft SMS.

You can use SCCM for any sort of deployment.  under the export package option uncheck single exe, you will get .msi file, use it in SCCM.

    Hi Guys,

    Thank you for your reply.

One more thing, is there any script that needs to include on the SCCM when deploying SEP? Our admin is asking me script.

No there shouldn't be a script as when you extract it as an MSI there is a .exe file within it that launches the install which SCCM should be able to run without a script. Any script your admin is asking for would have to be manually created.
