Using MC to assist migration of SSLv from V3 to V4

We are about to migrate from v3 to v4 for our SSLv's.  As we cannot backup all v3 config's / policies / lists etc and upload them to the appliance when it's been migrated to v4, can you upload them to MC when they are v3 and use those files to create new ones for v4?  Can you upload a list / policy from a v4 appliance to MC and then download it to another v4 appliance?  Can you create a list / policy on MC and download it to a v4  appliance?  I'm looking for detail on this in the documentation and can't find anything so any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

Hi Nick,

I hope you will find the Management Center and Configuration Guide helpful.

No, Management Center does not offer any conversion. When you upgrade from 3.x to 4.x, you also will need to delete the 3.x device on MC and add it back as a 4.x device. (ref: pg 667)
