We have been migrating to SES (SEP 14.3) from SEP SBE.
We see in the Cloud portal,
https://sep.securitycloud.symantec.com, PCs showing ONLINE when we know for a fact they are OFF so cannot be ONLINE. When you go to devices and select OFFLINE in the filters very few show up. And we look at ONLINE and many of the PCs are definitely OFF and should come up as OFFLINE
We have another management system that shows what PCs are on or Off so we know exactly those PCs that should be displayed as OFFLIN in the SEP Cloud portal.
Broadcom "tech support" state we are the only customer stating this issue. I doubt that we are the only ones experiencing this issue.
So I thought I would post to the forum.
Please advise if anyone has seen this same issue.
