Difference between Symantec ATP 8880-30 and EDR

Dears,  

Iam new in Symantec products,  kindly any one help me to know the following: 
1- what is ATP appliance 8880-30 functions?  
2- what is materials which i can review it to  be able do configuration and advanced tasks?  
3- what is difference between ATP applaince and EDR?  
4-what is protection suites enterprise edition and do you have any guid helping me to study this product?

ATP is what the software was called up until version 4.0 when we changed the name to Endpoint Detection and Response.
