    Hi Guys

    I have just installed the above product and am unable to find where I configure 'Live Update' to point to a directory location instead of going out to the internet

    We have a highly secure site that does not have internet access and we are looking for a solution that can provide an 'air gap'. After talking to a guy from Symantec he says this can be done. You can download the definitions from the Symantec web site and apply they to the offline Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.

    I am just looking for guidance on how to do this

    Hi Darron - you can download the offline version of the content updates from here and run on your SEP Manager or directly on the clients: https://www.broadcom.com/support/security-center/definitions
