Directory Integration - Active Directory Global Catalog - Members of AD Security Group not found

Hi.

I have configured Directory Integration - Active Directory Global Catalog. I have created two Security Groups in AD:
1. Members of HelpDesk Users
2. Members of Admin Users.

I have added members to this two groups in AD. Have also created two Policy Groups in SMG. But when i try to search for members users in SMG using Find Users. The result shows only "Default" Group not the other Policy Groups the user is member.

Any tips?

You can test your directory integration source query in the Address Resolution tab by searching for those groups.

If they are not found, you can customize your query so SMG can find them in the LDAP directory
