I have opened a supportcase in december after openings this forum thread but only yesterday got an official answer the current cloud client is not support on big sur. (even if the release notes tell me it is supported)
Also 10.15.7 macos with current cloud symantec have a lot of issues...
Suddenly popups asking for a reboot, after which the popups shows again.
Which required a uninstall/reinstall to fix.
And reading about the cisco anyconnect issues.
We are already looking for other antivirus tools.

I do not understand why it has taken so long to get a release out for big sur. The general release was on November 12, 2020, and it was announced on June 22, 2020.
With the availability of public betas, and I am sure that Symantec gets access to private developer betas. This is 100% unacceptable.

I am not sure on Notifications. Once it is available you will get a prompt when you login to SES Portal though. I will update this thread as well once it is released.

Any word on when the other language versions will be released for 14.3 RU-1? I just downloaded the English version, however we also need the French language agents too. Is there an Updated ETA for the cloud version? We wanted to test it with Macintosh devices (Big Sur).

So SEP_Cloud_package.zip is supposed to be compatible with macos 11.0.1 ?
