  • 1.  Altiris 7.6 Task Server self-registration not registered

    Hi,

    Altiris 7.6 Task Server not registering to itselfs, we tried to reinstall Task Management on the SMP (Follow this article: How to uninstall and reinstall Task Management on the SMP) but no luck, then start the Trace and Verbose and click Reset Agent on the Agent, we get error as below:
    "Client Task Agent has lost registration with Task Server.

    Client Task Agent is configured for direct connection with parameters [:0:00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000]."

    Our environment no site server and task server (SMP take the role of task server and package server)

    May we know the next action?
