  • 1.  Re-assign Incidents from CSV containing list of IM numbers

    Hi,

    I am looking for a way to be able to take a list of IM numbers from a csv file and reassign them to a Specific Queue. I am not very good with workflow but happy to follow instructions as this is going really help me in the coming weeks.

    Any advice on how to do this?

    Are you wanting a Form where a user can upload a file or just dump a file in a folder and have it run on a schedule?

    There are components for reading in csv files, you can make them to a datatype and use that in your flow

    Loop at
    GetIncidentTicketById

    For Assignment if you take a look at "SD.IncidentManagementSimple.Classification" or
    SD.Forms.IncidentManagement
    - Reassign Ticket

    Either method would be good- but the easiest for me to implement would be better 9im not very good at Workflow).
