    When we upgraded our proxy from 6.7.3.14 to 6.7.5.6 we saw that users were facing issues connecting to websites.
    Users are getting tcp_error message when trying to access websites and also some websites are loading very slow.
    When we bypass the user IP everything is working fine.

    We upgraded from 6.7.3.14-->6.7.4.9-->6.7.5.6

    Now we have rolled back to 6.7.3.14 and everything is working fine. Anyone faced similar issue before?

    Hi Sameep,

    tcp_error messages mean that the ProxySG was unable to complete the TCP 3-way handshake with the OCS. Without actively troubleshooting while the issue was happening, it is hard to know exactly why. When you bypassed the user IP, were you not sending traffic to the ProxySG? or were you adding the user IP to the Static Bypass List on the ProxySG?

    Thanks!
