Static Bypass List Use Count

    I've been monitoring my agency's static bypass list (mostly inherited entries). Does the use count measure activity since last reboot or does it show total activity for the IP address/range?

    For instance below is a small snapshot of some O365 IP ranges:

    <All> 52.160.208.0/28 0
    <All> 52.160.208.32/27 0
    <All> 52.160.209.0/24 0
    <All> 52.160.224.0/20 0
    <All> 52.160.240.0/24 0
    <All> 52.160.241.0/28 0
    <All> 52.160.248.0/21 0

    I'd like to remove them if I knew these weren't hit at all since they've been added versus since last system reboot.
