How do you see the number of active connections/licenses you are consuming at any given time in the portal? The Active Users default shown in the Dashboard is over the last 7 days and does not seem to indicate this.
I assume if one users stops browsing then that session is freed up (timed out) and another user can then use that license.

Licenses are being counted per active connection through the service, and it is not strictly bonded with the user.
