  • 1.  ITMS 8.5 RU4 Agent versions?

    Hi,
    Since the dust appears to have settled a bit I'm trying 8.5 RU4 on a dev server. Under the Agent Health display I'm seeing something not right  - expected is lower than actual - is this a known issue?

    8.5 RU4 versions


    Is there something I've missed?

    Hi MrSoapsud!

    What SMP_SMA 8.5 POST RU4 PF you have installed on your Notification Server?

    You can check this registry on Notification Server, to identify what latest PF was there installed or not.
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Altiris\Pointfixes\

    Open Symantec Installation Manager on Notification Server and make sure that SMP 8.5 RU4 is installed/configured and isn't shown as not properly configured.

    According to current version Symantec Management Agent 8.5.5713 is RU4 version but NS itself 8.5 POST RU3

    Hi Igor,
    Thanks for that - not having a good day obviously!
    I didn't spot that I hadn't cleared out the RU3 version from my downloads folder and let filename completion do the work without checking.
    I'll try the RU4 version - probably a better bet!!
