What SMP_SMA 8.5 POST RU4 PF you have installed on your Notification Server?
You can check this registry on Notification Server, to identify what latest PF was there installed or not.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Altiris\Pointfixes\
Open Symantec Installation Manager on Notification Server and make sure that SMP 8.5 RU4 is installed/configured and isn't shown as not properly configured.
According to current version Symantec Management Agent 8.5.5713 is RU4 version but NS itself 8.5 POST RU3

Since the dust appears to have settled a bit I'm trying 8.5 RU4 on a dev server. Under the Agent Health display I'm seeing something not right - expected is lower than actual - is this a known issue?
Is there something I've missed?
