SPE dashboard is file Scanned 0

    SPE dashboard is showing request but in scanning column scan result is 0 
    i try with manual scan its working and SPE dashboard is also showing scan result but if any file comes from NAS , SPE is showing new request received but in Scan the no does not change 
    any idea ?
