    The Touchdown Tasks show start and end dates that do not match the exchange server.  I have checked the dates both through Outlook 2013 and the Outlook web interface for start and end dates and they do not match on the synced Touchdown interface.

    All of my tasks will show up in touchdown with a due date/end date of dec 5 2016, nov 5 2016, Feb 19 2011 or none yet they all have due dates of either none or dates = May 17 2017 or later in the Exhcange server.

    Below is my current software

    Exchange 2016 server

    Outlook 2013

    Touchdown 9.0.00412

    I have also tested Touchdown Venus and had the same challenge.

    Help in getting this resolved quickly would be appricated.

    This is a known behavior which will be addressed in our next build, although I do not have an ETA on that.

    I have loaded Touchdown (an older version), and recently deleted that version and added Touchdown Venus on my Android Samsung 7 Edge. In both cases it synced and worked properly the first time I used it, and never since. So, I need help on how to get the sync function to actually sync to the current info, or know if I need to add new software.

    My goal is simple, I just want to be able to see our business email/inbox etc when I am not at my computer.  Possibly reply to emails from my phone. 

    More importantly, it appears when I added all the contacts to my phone, I deleted them from my computer version. This is an urgent issue, and I need assistance on how to import them back to the computer. They are for sure on my phone as of today, in fact, they duplicated with the ones already there from before I believe. So, 2 versions of the SM Contacts on my phone, no contacts at all on the computer.

    I have the exact same problem with "Tasks" dating.  I have Verizon as the provider. Using a DROID Turbo 2 and HTC 10.  Both phones are running Android 7.0 OS.

    This is really frustrating we've tried reinsalling the software to no avail.  This has been a super APP until now.  We hope the fix comes soon.

    I am having the same issue as DOCMOF. Tasks work fine on my old LG G3, but not my new LG G6. Server: outlook.office365.com 9.0.00412 Android version 7.0 I have the same issue with Venus 9.0.00248.

    Sadly I don't have an ETA- Due to the EoL, our release timeframe has been slowed drastically.
