Is there anything we can do in SMG for receiving email from sender that do not have PTR record?

Then why is your smg having issues. I can accept messages with no ptr record exists. Generally, it is when you those items checked on the picture u uploaded, that causes you to reject messages. That is option 1 "if no reverse...". So since you got option 1 checked off, i need to see logs as to what your smg os doing. My smg has zero issues with mta's that have no ptr.  You know y, cuz option 1 ain't checked.

    Hi Alexander,

I understand that the configuration does not perform reverse dns check for incoming emails. Just wondering is there any other configuration need to be done besides than adding those email address in good sender list.

Any ideas on what type of logs that I should look into? Because in message audit logs there are no sign of that sender email address.

    Thanks and regards,

    Lee

    Hello

Did you enable reverse dns lookup under SMTP advanced inbound setings ?
