  • 1.  I can't disable Executive Summary Report emails

    Hi,

    My organization is no longer a customer however, I'm still receiving the Executive Summary Report emails (see attached).  Also, I can no longer access the option to disable them at securitycloud.symantec.com.  Aside from creating a rule, how can I prevent these from arriving in my email Inbox.

    From your description it appears you are referring to the cloud product. This channel is for the on-prem Messaging Gateway product.
