    Hello.

    I bought and started using a new subnet and I found that it is already listed in Symantec "Global Bad Senders".
    I tried several times to ask for removal, but no answer at all, even if our IPs are new and clean.
    Unfortunately, mail servers using that list to filter spam are refusing our messages and our school is blocked even without any spam.

    Our subnet is 51.178.4.216/29 and the IP we are using to send mail is 51.178.4.220.

    How can I get an answer from Symantec?
