Messages are queued in SMG if the user send email to Personal emails

    Hi,

     

    I have an issue with one of my SMG servers, whenever the users try to send emails to personal email domains, it gets queued by SMG.

     

    What could be the issue with the configuration here?

    Show a pic if what exactly is happening in the queue. Please upload a pic and audit logs of the failure. Thx
