  • 1.  Reason for negative reputation

    Hello!


    We're seeking for assistance as our IP address are listed with poor reputation in Symantec IP reputation (https://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup). These IP address are used in our mail services .

    These are the only reasons that are given for the listing:

    The IP Address [IP ADDRESS] was found to have a negative reputation. Reasons for this assessment include:

    The host has been observed sending spam in a format that is similar to snow shoe spamming techniques.
    The host is unauthorized to send email directly to email servers.


    These informations have not been detailed enough for us to handle this issue and IP address stay on the list.
    We have several daily preventive and immediate reactive measures.

    Does anyone have more detailed information about the technical reasons behind these listings or to give instructions to handle these?
