I can't install Symantec Messaging gateway licenses ver 10.6.5

I can't install Symantec Messaging gateway licenses ver 10.6.5 I get the following error

Unable to communicate with Symantec to register. Please check your connection settings, and try again. Connection error 60: SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK. Details: \ x0Aerror: 14090086: SSL routines: SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE: certificate verify failed

I do not have a proxy server or firwall blocking connections please if someone has information about this problem

Why the hell are all of you waiting so long to upgrade.  OMG people, this was mentioned a long while back.  Stop complaining and just upgrade.  Broadcom is fielding too many questions on this.

There has been an update to the certificates on our licensing, definition and software update servers the makes versions 10.6.5.x and older unable to connect.

This document outlines the changes and the options for updating to a current version.
