Email address in mentioned/typed gets Spam verdict

Various e-mail address gets spam verdict and being treated as spam. It is enough that the specfic email address is typed in the body.

The affected email address belongs to Office 365 Subscription. I have checked if the email address is badlisted and it is not.

Any other reason for the email address gets spam verdict?

Example:

To: Person1, Person1 <[e-mail]>;
Subject: [Spam] SV: Test mail
