Obvious spams are delievered to end user mailbox

    Hi.

    Obvious spam mails are delievered to end user mailbox by Messaging Gateway without "tag". The email contains inappropriate image attachment and text in norwegian.

    Is it any solution for this?

    The reboot of SMG-servers didn't help.

    Same user got the same spam mail today.

    You could leverage the customer specific rules feature.

    Any missed spam should be submitted for analysis. Have you submitted copies of this spam according to the instructions in this document?

    Submit false negatives (missed spam) or false positives (legitimate email) to Symantec Security Response
