Symantec Servicedesk Solution 8.0 HF 1 is now available via SIM.
Following are the highlights of this release:
- Addressed 16 significant defects as part of this release, 10 which were customer-reported
- As a part of our localization effort for 8.0, we have resolved more than 20 L10N-specific issues
- ET# 3922939: Error when SD.DataServices executes. - System.Exception: Invalid Username/Password
- ET# 3901967: CE - When using the Manage Incident Tab, When using the single page skip to icon, it gets stuck on page 2
- ET#3921477: When newly imported AD users try to automatically authenticate to ProcessManager portal, they get an error "System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.
- ET#3910885: CE - Knowledge Management Pages do not refresh Correctly
