  • 1.  Our IP is constantly blacklisted by Symantec (and by no one else)

    Hello,

our server with IP 212.233.250.78 is being constantly blacklisted by Symantec and by no other spam list.

When I use https://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com it gets delisted for a while (day or two) and gets listed again.

    The reasons provided are:
The host has been observed sending spam in a format that is similar to snow shoe spamming techniques.
The host is unauthorized to send email directly to email servers.

The mail server sends mainly similary looking notification e-mails to clients.

I am not sure what the errors really mean. What can I do to remedy the problem?

P.S. At the moment the IP is not listed - I delisted it 30 minutes ago.

    Hello Waleed,

Please look into snow shoe spamming and how to harden your mail server.
