If you go to the URL referenced in the error messages (https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?legacyId=TECH246726) and click on the 553 error link, the result is that your envelope sender is on the badmailfrom list or the mail is flagged as spam (most likely option considering the error message itself). The envelope sender has most likely been compromised, and a submission for false positive would be the place to start. We have 2 addresses that email can come from: 67.52.164.99 and 67.219.250.82. Is there any way to pinpoint why we are getting blocked?
Kindly help to resolve.
