External email cannot reach the gateway or user

  • 1.  External email cannot reach the gateway or user

    Start from last week, some of the external email cannot send to messagelab randomly
    Some of them will return the user is invalid but this user is in the email list which is using normally.
    And some of the emails are dropped and no bounce back even not reach the messagelab. I cannot trace the email in Email trace too.

    The domain haven't be changed MX record recently.
