    Posted Oct 29, 2020 11:32 PM

We're having issues sending emails to clients using messagelabs. Our domain is pronvest.com and we're using office 365 for email. I also forwarded an email as attachment to gfeedback@feedback-1.brightmail.com. What's the best way for us to get this cleared up? The error message is below:

    Reported error:

    Hello,

    We have same problem

For several days, we have encountered a blocking phenomenon on several of our customers despite a perfect configuration of our mail servers.

We use the Google business solution on all of our domains.

Example of a domain name with this message:

    dkgroup.fr
    bati-avenir.com
    b2mconstruction.be
    dkdigital.fr
    dkprinting.fr

As well as all of our other domains, the most used being dkgroup.fr

    Thanks for your help.
