    Hi,

    We're a french company, which provides insights for customers. We use to send daily alerts on subjects to them by email, and we recently had to change one of our servers on november.
    Public IP of this server is not blacklisted anywhere, except by Broadcom reputation service, which impacts a common client. SPF is okay.

    We have submitted several removal requests on https://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup, but we keep getting blacklisted by your services everyday.
    Could you investigate further ? To avoid this situation in the future.

    I think this is resolved now, but for the benefit of the community: that removal URL relates to Symantec Messaging Gateway (SMG), not Email Security.cloud, so any similar future queries should be in an SMG forum.
