I've opened a case previously over the phone with Symantec to check some information about this but wanted just to double check here on the forum considering that there is direct approach from the product managers.
I have a customer that had a audit in their company and they have performed multiple testing there generating thousands of IPS alerts, however when looking at the reports the information always comes empty. Is this something that will be fixed any time sooner?
