    Good evening,

    Today I uninstalled an SES client at 3:00 PM. aproximately for a case that we are taking with support and at this time 7:30 p.m. (more than four hours), reviewing the logs and details of the uninstalled device I observe that:

    • Client Connection Status                Online
    • Client Security Status                     Secure
    • Client Security Status Reason        No errors
    Questions (clearly understanding that because it is cloud it is impossible to think in real-time):

    • If the PC does not have the client installed, why is it wrongly reported as if it were protected...?
    • The cloud hearbeat is set to how long ..?
    • How to force the database to report as close to reality as possible ..?
    • What can be the percentage of margin of error when presenting a report of connected equipment ..?
    • It will be possible at some point to configure the hearbeat as it is done in On-Premise ..?
