Three points.
One. If you already have RTO 2.0.2 on your system you cannot install SWP. --thay are essentially the same thing.
Two. You cannot upgrade from one verison to another. You have to uninstall and then reinstall.
Three. There is a hotfix that is needed in order to run Workspace Profiles successfully. It is http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922582.
If that is not the problem, you could check the event log to see if anything useful is there. Licensing issues will typically show up in the event log.
Note: in some instances when the installation fails, the services might not be rolled back completely following an uninstall. Try the following from a command line to completely remove any remnants:
sc delete rtologon
sc delete rtologonservice
Then retry the installation.
No reboot is necessary after running the above commands.
