    Good afternoon,

     

    I am currently running Windows Server 2008r2, Symantec Management Console version 7.6.1645.  I have applied the hotfixes via SIM, ran an Altiris Repair and upgraded the recommended products.  When i go to create a new image, it fails within 5 seconds and gives the error:  CAtrs Exception, error = "Failed to execute task", OS error = 2147746291.  I found another forum that suggested running a SQL query, which i did and it was successful.  I rebooted the server, made sure services were started and tried again.  Same thing.  Can someone please help?
