Does “\\ServerName\SoftwareLibrary” exist? Can you navigate to it in Windows Explorer on the NS and from another machine? Is it broadcasting as a share?

Yes “\\ServerName\SoftwareLibrary” it's exit, but we are not using this option.

We are using -Source: Access package from a directory on the Notification server, and this option is not working.

While accessing we are facing error, PFA screen shot for the same.

Please check existing discussion about same error with potential solution

Also try to use a FQDN of server in UNC name of software library.
