  • 1.  Creating Software package in Software Library

    Hi,

     

    We are looking for a solution to create a software release using the ASDK.

     

    The ASDK is self-explanatory using the individual methods, the question is then to add it all together, i.e. to create a software release in the software library as source:

    • step 1 create software release first
    • step 2 create software package add command lines and other rules
    • step 3 associate software package with software release.

     

    Has anyone else done this and if so what the process was that you followed?

    Hi,

    Update:

    Manage to found a non documented method: ImportSoftwareRelease on the SoftwareComponentManagementService:

    This will import the software as a new software release.
