Symantec Endpoint Protection and windows Sandbox

Has anyone managed to get symantec endpoint protection (14.2 build 758) and windows sandbox to work together? I am on windows 10 1903, and I cannot get internet in the sandbox unless I disable the firewall. I have looked at https://community.norton.com/en/forums/windows-sandbox , but changing the adapter's mac address every time is a real pain with a dynamic MAC Address. Is there a firewall rule that I can add easily? For some reason, I can't find the filepath when I try to point the firewall exception toward 'windowssandbox.exe.'

You would have thought that in 4 years, someone would have found a solutio, But that hasn't happened.
