    Hello. I have upgraded several Exchange Servers to CU15 because of the latest security threats.  On the servers the latest version of Symantec Mail Security (7.9.1.51) is installed.

    Now we have the problem that on these servers the manual or schedules scans do no longer work.

    Error: The scan Manual could not be completed as Microsoft Exchange's Client Access Server is not reachable.

    Error code: 0x80004005

    Before the CU15 update everything worked.

    Does anybody else have the same problem?

    and: The SMSE console shows version 7.9.2.62 as the latest - but I cant find it in the download section.

    Where can I download 7.9.2.62?
