was the push successful? from sepm to client?

Please find the SNAC_Inst.log found in temp folder..

if you do not assign a HI snac policy, it wont show up the snac component.

I'm having a mix of xp, windows 7; the deployment over the LAN goes successfully but when i try to push on machines located in another city over the WAN, the push fails. we have a quiet good WAN connection.

First things first, can you actually browse the remote machine via UNC?  Can you access the admin$ share?

Whats the error you get? does it fail to push the package or Authentication failure?
