  • 1.  SNAC can not connect to SEPM

    1. SNAC 6100 can not connect to SEPM

    2.When I type command 'show status' , It show me  "Policy Manager Connected     NO" After I type 'configure spm ip 192.168.10.123 http 8014 group GDENFORCE-1 key symantec' stop the service and start the service. but it still display the status is NO.

    Hi SLoop_su,

    Did you try the other method to register your Enforcer through the SEPM ?

    Basically you can use the command you already did use with the password.

    Alternatively, you can use the same command but you can use keyhash instead of key and then you type the kcs instead of the password.

    You can retrieve the kcs from any Sylink.xml file from one your client online.

    Logon on your Enforcer then type Configure

    then once you're on configure type

    spm ip 192.168.10.123 http 8014 group GDENFORCE-1 keyhash (then your kcs). Restart then your Enforcer and see if it's coming from your SEPM on Admin\Servers tab after.
