Re-assign incidents from CSV file

    Hi Need to be able to re-assign a lot of incidents to a specific queue. I have a CSV file of the IM number and would like to have a way of reading that in and simply re-assign the incident to the queue. Is this possible and if so - can someone advise me on how to set this up?
